A devoted member of OLH, Fran took great pride in his involvement with the Knights of Columbus, singing in the church choir, and always being ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
Fran Dudley's Funeral will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 22 at 11am.

Update on our Church Renovation Project

Fr. Fitzgerald invites everyone to a special presentation on Sunday, October 26 at 6PM in the Gym to learn more about the renovations that began with Fr. Peter, continued by Fr. Bruce, and—God willing—will be completed under Fr. Fitzgerald.

✨ Our Youth Are Going to NCYC! ✨

Next month, our Youth Group will travel to Indianapolis, Indiana to attend the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) — a powerful gathering of over 14,000 Catholic teens from across the country!
For three unforgettable days, our young people will join others in celebrating their faith through inspiring talks, workshops, music, and worship. They'll even hear directly from Pope Leo via livestream, and pray in Eucharistic Adoration with thousands of other teens — a truly life-changing experience!
We are so grateful for all the support you’ve shown through their fundraisers — from car washes to food sales. Thanks to your generosity, they’re almost at their goal! 🙌
This weekend is their final fundraiser:
At the back of the church, you’ll see a Donation Envelope Board with envelopes marked in different amounts ($5, $10, $20, $25, etc.).
👉 Kindly choose an envelope and help send our youth to NCYC!

St. Vincent de Paul Society Annual Thanksgiving Food Project
St. Vincent de Paul Society will again hold its annual Thanksgiving Food Project this year for those families in need. The meal assistance will be held on Wednesday, November 19, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. in front of the St. Elizabeth Center. Any registered parishioner is eligible and any non-parishioner living in zip codes 29212, 29210, 29063 is eligible. Please pass this information along to anyone who might need help with their Thanksgiving meal. Personal Identification is required, and help will be on a first on a first-come, first-served basis.
As always, SVdP asks for the generous donations of food and/or financial donations from parishioners for this important and largest project of the year.
Empty grocery bags will be available for parishioners' use at the church exits during the weekends of November 1/2 and Nov 8/9 with envelopes attached for financial donations.
Please plan to return the filled grocery bags before any Mass the weekend of Nov 15/16

✨ ¡Nuestros jóvenes van al NCYC! ✨

El próximo mes, nuestro Grupo de Jóvenes viajará a Indianápolis, Indiana para participar en la Conferencia Nacional de Jóvenes Católicos (NCYC) — un encuentro impresionante que reúne a más de 14,000 adolescentes católicos de todo el país.
Durante tres días inolvidables, nuestros jóvenes compartirán su fe a través de charlas inspiradoras, talleres, música y oración. ¡Incluso escucharán directamente al Papa Leo por transmisión en vivo, y participarán en la Adoración Eucarística junto a miles de jóvenes — una experiencia verdaderamente transformadora!
Estamos muy agradecidos por todo el apoyo que usted ha brindado durante las actividades de recaudación — desde lavados de autos hasta ventas de comida. ¡Gracias a su generosidad, ya están casi por alcanzar su meta! 🙌
Este fin de semana será su última recaudación:

Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl – Proyecto Anual de Alimentos para el Día de Acción de Gracias
La Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl llevará a cabo nuevamente este año su Proyecto Anual de Alimentos para el Día de Acción de Gracias para las familias necesitadas. La ayuda alimentaria se ofrecerá el miércoles 19 de noviembre, entre las 9:00 y las 11:00 a.m., frente al Centro de Santa Isabel. Cualquier feligrés inscrito es elegible, y también cualquier persona que no sea feligrés pero que viva en los códigos postales 29212, 29210 o 29063.
Le rogamos transmitir esta información a quienes pudieran necesitar ayuda con su cena de Acción de Gracias. Se requiere identificación personal y la ayuda se brindará por orden de llegada. Como siempre, la Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl solicita las generosas donaciones de alimentos y/o contribuciones económicas de los feligreses para este importante y gran proyecto del año.
Habrá bolsas de supermercado vacías disponibles para su uso a la salida de la iglesia durante los fines de semana del 1/2 y del 8/9 de noviembre, con sobres adjuntos para las donaciones económicas.
Le pedimos que planifique regresar las bolsas llenas antes de cualquier Misa el fin de semana del 15/16 de noviembre.
