This week, our Outreach offering will support Transitions of Columbia. Transitions serves men and women in the Midlands. They provide homeless men and women 18 and older access to their day center, hot meals, showers, service providers and housing. The Second Collection is for the Catholic Appeal of South Carolina.
Religious Education is sponsoring a donation drive and community service project organized by our RE Assistant, Shakty Arrieta Lopez.
From January 21–February 11, we invite our entire parish community to participate in Bubbles of Kindness, a hygiene products drive benefiting the Clean of Hearts Organization. All donations will be used to create hygiene kits for those in need. Thank you for helping our children put their faith into action by serving others with love and compassion.

Our Parish is growing and there is a need for Married couples who are willing to serve as facilitators and mentors for engaged couples as part of the Diocese Fully Engaged program.
Fully Engaged is a Catholic catechetical premarital survey designed to help engaged couples solidify the foundation upon which they, together with Christ, will build their Sacrament of Marriage. Grounded in Church teaching and loaded with catechetical content, this dynamic premarital program is a trustworthy guide that meets the real challenges today’s couples face.

Training is provided and the time required is not extensive. This is a rewarding ministry where couples can serve together and share their marriage experience with others.

Esta semana, nuestra colecta de ayuda social apoyará a Transitions of Columbia. Transitions brinda servicios a hombres y mujeres en la región de Midlands. Ofrecen a personas sin hogar mayores de 18 años acceso a su centro diurno, comidas calientes, duchas, servicios de asistencia y alojamiento. La segunda colecta se destinará a la Campaña Católica de Carolina del Sur.
Educación Religiosa está patrocinando una colecta de donaciones y proyecto de servicio comunitario, organizado por nuestra Asistente de Educación Religiosa, Shakty Arrieta Lopez.
